To Whom It May Concern:
I am quite tardy in writing this email, but I wanted to write to comment on
the quality of service I received from and professionalism of Mr. David
Hackney while selling my property in
first 18 years of my life in Sevierville, I am now stationed at Bolling Air
Force Base and living in Washington, DC and have not live in the area for 7
years. At the time I was needing to sell my land, I had no clue
about
which real estate company I should use to help me through the process, so I
just had to randomly choose a realtor from the internet as I needed to close
the deal quickly. I emailed David via his webpage, and although I have
never met David in person and have never worked with another realtor in the
area, I am very confident that I could not have chosen anyone better with
whom to work. He was extraordinarily prompt and incredibly helpful
throughout the entire process. From the single day it took to respond to
my
initial email, to the persistence with which he took the deal to closing,
David was an outstanding professional and I cannot thank him enough. For
example, the property I was selling had had a faulty survey done at the time
it was originally purchased, and though this might very well have caused a
very serious delay (when I needed the money right away), he worked patiently
and steadily with the buyers to get the survey corrected and my property
sold within about two business days from the discovery of the flaw.
Because
of his dedication I was able to get my money and have been able to purchase
my first home. David is not a native of the area (something that
shouldn't
be held against him ;-), but he certainly exhibits the qualities of someone
I would be proud to have as a member of my community. His efforts reflect
well upon himself and the profession that he serves.
