Most real estate companies and sellers prefer a pre-qualification letter from a lender with any offer.   Here are some local mortgage companies & banks handling the Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinburg TN areas.  Our clients have received loans from them  for residential to log cabins and condos.  Most lenders are now requiring 20% - 25% down for vacation home loans due to a lack of companies offering mortgage insurance.  We still know one lender offering vacation home loans with only 10% down.
