As you probably already found out, we are all over the
search engines. We spend a great deal of time
and money marketing real estate. Our web sites
are very informative, functional and interactive.
I hope you like them, since we do all the work
ourselves. We also advertise your property on
many other nationwide web sites. We believe there is a buyer out there for every property.
When the right buyer comes along, we want then to easily find
your property. We
are honest and just do the best we can. Don't

You want feedback!
Getting feedback from agents showing the property can be difficult. We have implemented an email system that emails the showing agent,
everyday, until they finally send us the information. Agents eventually give in and send the information, so you can know what is going on. We want you to be informed.
How much do
we charge? This is
another big question. We charge a commission
only if the property is sold. We offer up half
of the total commission to any other agent who can
bring you a buyer. Most listing agents do not
sell their own listings. We try to get every agent
involved. We also work with referrals from
other agents. Again, we are marketing your property and just want
to get it sold. Every agent has their own
commission rates. We usually charge
between 6% to 8%, depending on the property.
