We accept agent referrals. We offer 25% of the sales commission
for the buyer or
listing side (depending on the type of referral).
Autumn and David work together as a team for buyer referrals. David is the listing agent for
listing referrals. He is also Transnational Referral Certified (TRC). You will see his profile and properties on WorldProperties.com.
The referral fee is paid after closing and is paid from our firm to your real
estate company. We can only pay a referral fee to individuals/companies
with an active real estate license. We only accept referrals for sellers
and qualified buyers.
Please ensure you speak with your client in detail, prior to sending us the referral
form.

David has also earned his CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist -
only around 4% of all agents ever achieve this designation).
